Foundations of PBS

Foundations of PBS Registration Spring 2018

Participants must complete all course content, pass competency exams, and submit a passing document portfolio which includes a Functional Behavior Assessment and a Positive Behavior Support Plan for a current client in order to receive a certificate of completion.

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Participants who cancel registration at least 5 business days before the start of the course will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 5 business days before the start of the course or if an individual discontinues the course. Substitutions are permitted by the payee at least 24 hours prior to the start of the course, but requests must be made in writing to: PBS Project, Center for Excellence in Disabilities, 959 Hartman Run Rd., Morgantown, WV 26505 or email at pbs@hsc.wvu.edu.
